Many years ago a young girl was told that she didn't have any artistic aptitude whatsoever. Afraid of failure, that girl spent her life steering clear of anything artistic. She eventually got the "practical" business degree her parents wanted her to have and started work in the corporate world.
After a while, she realized something was missing, and she started stamping to work off the stresses of the day. Then, through the gentle nudging of her husband, she discovered web and graphic design, and taught herself what she needed to know to switch careers.
And then one day, the grown-up version of that scared little girl woke up and decided to prove everyone wrong and start her own stamp company. And the rest is Verve history.
So this is where that scared little girl shares her creative soul with the world. And on this little blog, in between the hustle and bustle of life, every once in a while there's a little nugget of clarity that comes forth... a blending of poetry and art.
